1 large orange (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp raw honey (or agave syrup for vegan)
½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ginger powder)
¼ tsp ground turmeric (or ½ tsp fresh turmeric root, grated)
1 cup (240ml) warm water
Instructions:
In a glass, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with warm water.
Stir in the honey until dissolved.
Add the grated ginger and turmeric. Mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes to infuse, then stir again before drinking.
