In a clean glass jar, mix the chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger.
Add the lemon juice and raw honey to the jar. Stir well to combine.
Let It Infuse
Cover the jar with a lid and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours. This allows the ingredients to release their beneficial compounds into the honey and lemon juice.
Strain (Optional)
If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids. Otherwise, you can leave it as is for a more concentrated tonic.
Store
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. The mixture will keep for up to 1–2 weeks.
How to Use
Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
For Illness: If you’re feeling under the weather, you can increase to 2–3 teaspoons a day.
In Tea: Stir a teaspoon into warm water or herbal tea for a soothing drink.
