- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional Toppings: Cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, or chili flakes
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Scoop the avocado into a mixing bowl and mash it gently with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Finely chop the fresh parsley and add it to the bowl.
Step 2: Add the Flavors
- Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the avocado and parsley mixture.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
