Vegan Baked Cabbage Steaks
These vegan baked cabbage steaks are a simple yet flavorful way to enjoy cabbage. Perfectly caramelized with crispy edges, they make an excellent side dish or a light main course.

Ingredients:
1 medium head of green or red cabbage
2–3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
