Instructions
📌 1. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Chop cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until rice-like.
- Transfer to a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture (important for crispy tots!).

- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mashed potato, onion, garlic, parsley, flour, salt, paprika, and nutritional yeast.
- Mix well until a dough-like texture forms.

- Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into a small oval shape, and place on a baking sheet.
