🥄 ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour for binding)
🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
🌶 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
🧀 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy taste)

Instructions

📌 1. Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Chop cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until rice-like.
  • Transfer to a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture (important for crispy tots!).
