🥑 1 ripe avocado (or 1/2 cup silken tofu for a lighter version)
🍫 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
🍯 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave, to taste)
🥛 ¼ cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
🧂 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
🧊 A pinch of sea salt (enhances the chocolate taste)


Instructions

📌 1. Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender or food processor, combine avocado (or tofu), cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
