⅓ cup coconut oil or vegan butter
4-5 tablespoons cold water


For the Quiche Filling:

1 block (14 oz) silken tofu (or 1 cup chickpea flour + 1 cup water)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy flavor)
2 tablespoons cornstarch or chickpea flour (helps thicken)
½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk (soy, almond, or oat)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon turmeric (for color & mild earthiness)
½ teaspoon black salt (kala namak, for an eggy taste – optional)
½ teaspoon salt & black pepper
