How to use it on a daily basis?
- As an infusion : 1 tablespoon of fresh or dried leaves in 250 ml of hot water. Let it infuse for 10 minutes.

- For external use : Crush a few leaves and apply them to the skin to relieve a sting, sunburn or a small wound.
