- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) .
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Arrange sticks in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes , flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
