These vegan cauliflower tater tots are crispy, flavorful, and a healthy twist on the classic snack. They’re perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish and are super easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 small head of cauliflower (about 3 cups, finely grated)
1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
1/4 cup (30 g) nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water (flax egg)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
