Ingredients:

1 large sweet potato (about 1 1/2 cups mashed)
1 can (400 g) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
1/4 cup (30 g) oat flour or all-purpose flour
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for heat)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
