Ingredients :
- 2 lemons (preferably organic, with skin)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (1.2 cm) (optional but recommended)
- 1 liter of mineral water
Preparation :
- Wash lemons thoroughly , especially if they are not organic. To remove pesticides, soak them in water with a tablespoon of baking soda for 45 minutes .
- Cut the lemons in half and squeeze them to obtain the juice.
- Crush the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
- Boil the water in a saucepan and add the remaining lemon zest (from pressing).
- Add the garlic and ginger to the boiling water , cover and turn off the heat.
- Let stand for 20 minutes , filter the mixture, add the lemon juice and store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator .
