½ cup (115g) unsalted butter
¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
¼ teaspoon salt

For the Chocolate Layer:

2 cups (350g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (for smooth melting)
