For the Breading:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch (makes it extra crispy!)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
