1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. Prepare the Breadcrumb Coating
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
3. Set Up a Breading Station
Place the flour in a shallow dish.
In another dish, beat the eggs.
In a third dish, place the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Coat the Shrimps
Pat the shrimps dry with a paper towel.
Coat each shrimp in flour, shaking off the excess.
Dip the shrimp into the beaten eggs.
Finally, press the shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
5. Bake the Shrimps
Arrange the breaded shrimps in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the shrimps with cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimps are golden and crispy.
6. Make the Dipping Sauce (Optional)
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Serve alongside the baked shrimps.
