  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ΒΌ teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast
  • ΒΎ cup (180ml) warm milk (around 100Β°F or 38Β°C)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon milk
