Showering is pleasant, invigorating, almost ritualistic. But when the water is too hot and the products  too harsh , we remove more than just dirt: we also destroy the skin’s natural protective film. It’s a bit like washing a wool sweater every day with detergent that  ‘s too strong … Over time, it ends up getting damaged.
