½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon black pepper
