½ cup (100g) brown sugar
½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
½ cup (120ml) hot coffee or hot water


For the Creamy Filling:

1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
½ cup (120g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (30g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


For the Chocolate Ganache:

1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter (for extra shine, optional)
