Milk Brioche – Fluffy Like a Cloud and Super Soft!

3 ½ cups (450g) bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
3 tablespoons (40g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 ¼ teaspoons (7g) instant yeast
¾ cup (180ml) warm milk (not too hot, around 100°F/38°C)
2 large eggs (room temperature)
¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened

For the Egg Wash:

1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
