βœ” 3 Β½ cups (450g) bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
βœ” 3 tablespoons (40g) granulated sugar
βœ” 1 teaspoon salt
βœ” 2 ΒΌ teaspoons (7g) instant yeast
βœ” ΒΎ cup (180ml) warm milk (not too hot, around 100Β°F/38Β°C)
βœ” 2 large eggs (room temperature)
βœ” ΒΌ cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened

For the Egg Wash:

βœ” 1 egg yolk
βœ” 1 tablespoon milk
