Peach Cream Delight

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Pinch of ground cloves
– 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
– 2 cups whipping cream
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
Directions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
– In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and cloves.
– Mix in melted butter until the crumbs are moistened.
– Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture for topping.
– Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking pan coated with non-stick spray.
