  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups (180g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
