For the Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce:

⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to spice level)
½ teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup warm water (to thin the sauce if needed)

For the Bowl Base:
