• ½ cup cold water

For the Topping:

• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

• 20 Golden Oreos (crushed)
• 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
