Supangle Recipe (Turkish Chocolate Pudding)

3 cups (750 ml) milk
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
3 tablespoons (30 g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (15 g) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk (for soaking cake pieces)
1 cup (100 g) sponge cake or brownies, crumbled (optional)
