2 tbsp ground flaxseed (mixed with 5 tbsp water)
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt

¼ cup (60ml) barbecue sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
