¼ cup (30g) finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water (flax egg)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder (optional for heat)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or neutral oil for cooking
