- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic hummus
- 2–3 lettuce leaves, washed and dried (from your garden!)
- 2 slices tomato (from your garden)
- 4–5 cucumber slices (from your garden)
- 2 thin slices red onion
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 4–5 black olives, sliced
- 2–3 banana pepper rings
- ¼ cup matchstick carrots
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and dry all the fresh produce from your garden.
- Slice the tomato, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
