- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (or any creamy plant-based milk)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave syrup, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, to brighten flavors)
Instructions
Step 1: Blend the Ingredients
- Add the frozen berries, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Adjust the Sweetness
- Taste the mixture and add more maple syrup if needed, blending again to combine.
Step 3: Freeze the Ice Cream
