1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (120g) plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
¼ cup (60ml) milk

For the Jam Swirl:

½ cup (120g) fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, or apricot)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (to enhance the fruit flavor)
