2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthier option)
¾ cup (150g) coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)
¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (mashed, about 1 ¼ cups) 🍌
⅓ cup (80ml) melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
¼ cup (60ml) plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (helps activate baking soda)

Optional Add-Ins:

½ cup walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips
2 tablespoons flaxseeds or chia seeds for extra nutrition
