2. Instructions
📌 1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with coconut oil.
📌 2. Make the Berry Filling
- In a bowl, toss berries, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.
📌 3. Make the Cobbler Topping
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter over the berries (it doesn’t have to be perfect!).

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry filling is bubbling.
