1 cup bell peppers (thinly sliced, any color) 🌶️

½ cup cabbage (shredded, optional for crunch)
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

For the Savory Lo Mein Sauce:

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (adds a touch of sweetness)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (for nutty flavor)
½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional for spice)
