24 cheese balls
Here are the ingredients: – 1 cup of breadcrumbs – 2 cups of coarsely chopped broccoli florets
2-two eggs-one and a half cups of crumbled cheddar cheese-one and a half cups of grated Parmesan cheese
These ingredients call for 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
-Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
– Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
– Misting pans with cooking spray
What to do
1. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C.
2. Cook the broccoli florets in a steamer for three to five minutes, or until they are just crisp-tender. After they’ve cooled, finely slice them (or use a food processor if you’re in a rush).
3. In a sizable bowl, mix the chopped broccoli with the following ingredients: breadcrumbs, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, flour, garlic powder, and onion powder. Before mixing everything together, add the salt and pepper.
4. Roll the dough into little balls, each about an inch across, and set them on the baking sheet that has been preheated.
5. Put the cheese balls in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they turn brown and feel firm when touched.
6. Be careful, they are hot; wait a few minutes before serving.
